Foggy Morn
This morning heavy fog
and the raucous crow call piercing the stillness
Is that you calling me?
Love calls like the crow in the fog
a homing song cutting through the mists of sorrow.

A call to love, to home, from a place we can’t see clearly–I will not hear crows in the same way any more. And thanks for references to fog and water instead of the snow, snow, snow we have all around us right now!

Hi Carol,
I love this poem – both versions. My internet is terrible here otherwise I would be pinging you daily 🙂 it comes and goes like the clouds. Hope you are well. Think of you often.
love and hugs,
Cathy
